The trainer rate is based on an 8-hour minimum, portal to portal. Start time begins 1 hour before the crew call and ends 1 hour after wrap. Overtime begins after 6.5 hours on set @ time-and-a-half. Double time begins after 12 hours. Please note: all animal wranglers, trainers, and coordinators should be paid directly through production so crew members are under production worker's comp.
